ABOUT
Nicardo has all the makings of a star: a strong trot and broad gallop. No wonder, since his pedigree is quite outstanding.
Under Nick Skelton, father Arko III belonged to the best performing stallions of his generation. He partook in the Olympic Games and won the Grand Prix of Calgary. His most well-known son Argento won the Grand Prix van Geesteren 2011 and a year later he jumped his first Nations Cup under John Whitaker.
Arko III has here been combined with the young daughter of another prominent horse in jumping: Marius Claudius. This Concorde son was very successful internationally under Robert Smith and is now a very popular and successful sire! Further in the dam line we find the jumping sires Nonstop and Bon Ami, both guarantees for success. Nicardo’s great-grandmother is the well-known mare Kerry Gold, whom we know as the line-mare of SBS approved stallions Indian Gold (v.Elanville) en Tam Tam Hero (v.Ogano Sitte) .
