This unique colt is a son of the golden boy of the Nieberg family. Contagio stood out on the international circuit for his extremely good rideability and character. These characteristics are increasingly important in showjumping nowadays! Contagio passes these on to his talented offspring. Coby 8, Contagious, Best Boy 2, … they are all successfully active at 1.60m level.
The dam of this colt has two brothers who jump at GP level. The most famous is Secret Du Pays D'Auge (s.Quick Star) with the French top rider Alexis Deroubaix, the other is Trefle Du Pays D'Auge (s.Le to De Semilly). From the direct dam line come the famous GP stallions Padock Du Plessis and also Aldo Du Plessis and countless GP horses, not surprising because they all carry the famous SF mare Bourree in their pedigree.
