- Registration for the selection is free of charge.
- Registration is done by completing the form on the website of the Belgian Foal Auction.
- If your foal is selected, you will be personally informed.
- The membership fee for the auction is €500 per foal, payable before the photo day.
- Selected foals are required to be presented both on the photo day and at the auction.
- In case of sale or buy-back of the foal up to €7.500€, the breeder pays no additional costs.
- For a sale >7.500€, the seller pays 10% + vat commission.
- For a sale above €20,000, the seller pays 15% + vat  commission.

- Failure to appear on the photo day or at the auction will result in a penalty fee of €3,000.
- If the mare or foal is ill on the photo day or auction day, only veterinarian Stephan Kelchtermans (0495/82 94 56)     is authorized to confirm this. In all other cases, the penalty fee must be paid.
